Meet your course leaders 👋

Hi there! We are Jess & Mia, the co-founders of I Am Paying Attention!

We spent a long time trying relentlessly to succeed in employment; pouring energy into various time management styles, methods of organisation, lifestyle and mindset shifts to no avail. Nothing freed us of the seriously negative impact on our mental and physical health. After being fired from several jobs, and our self esteem taking a battering, we came to a realisation.

It turns out that we just didn't really know how to work with our brains — and given that neither did our employers, there were never many solutions.

Between us, we have over 10 years of experience, both as employees and freelance consultants, across multiple organisations.. We’ve led projects, teams and whole departments, and experienced loads of unique ways of working.

Now, we’re on a mission to create a world where every workplace is intentionally designed for everyone, where belonging is guaranteed, and where everyone has what they need to be at their best.
