Neuroproof Your Business
Creating a neurodiverse culture benefits everyone. This course isn’t solely about accomodations that create a sense of ‘othering’. It’s about designing a workplace that really does work for everyone.
This course will guide you through everything you need to know about neurodiversity & creating a inclusive workplace — from two neurodivergent brains who’ve been both employees & business owners.

Meet your course leaders 👋
Hi there! We’re Jess & Mia, the co-founders of I Am Paying Attention!
We spent a long time trying relentlessly to succeed in employment; pouring energy into various time management styles, methods of organisation, lifestyle and mindset shifts to no avail. Nothing freed us of the seriously negative impact on our mental and physical health. After being fired from several jobs, and our self esteem taking a battering, we came to a realisation.
It turns out that we just didn't really know how to work with our brains — and given that neither did our employers, there were never many solutions.
Between us, we have over 10 years of experience, both as employees and freelance consultants, across multiple organisations.. We’ve led projects, teams and whole departments, and experienced loads of unique ways of working.
Now, we’re on a mission to create a world where every workplace is intentionally designed for everyone, where belonging is guaranteed, and where everyone has what they need to be at their best.
hi there 👋

Similarly to how we facilitate the rest of our sessions, our approach with this course is that it’s personable, compassionate and accessible — so many of the courses we’ve personally taken have failed to consider the amount of information people are realistically trying to digest.
This course goes from exploring the basics, like:
learning styles and terminology
To deeper topics like:
masking, understanding how to navigate challenges, plus universal design
Plus dives into key theories and practical tips which we think make neuroinclusion significantly easier to put into practise.
Expect content in various formats, like:
videos, digestible text, visual examples and graphs, plus pdf downloadable takeaways.
